File a complaint

To file a complaint to the Complaints Board for Domain Names, please click on file a complaint.

Pending case

If you are a party or represent a party in a pending case before the complaints board, all communication between you and the Board regarding the case must take place via the case portal, which you can access by clicking on case portal. As a party or party representative, you will receive an e-mail with information about how to log on to the case portal, and you will also be notified by e-mail whenever there is news about your case in the case portal.
